Cazcanes tequila is based on a centuries-old indigenous recipe that was found in a moonshine still. Its crafted with artesian water from deep underground springs beneath the Cazcanes land and hand-selected blue Weber agaves that grow in volcanic soil. The agave hearts (pi as) are cooked and crushed, then fermented using naturally-occurring yeast, before the juice is distilled using alembic stills.
